Could Oasis umbrella be a better solution for me?
Working through your own limited company offers you great flexibility – not to mention significant tax benefits. However, it’s not for everyone, and some contractors may find themselves more suited to an umbrella solution.
The most significant difference is the lack of paperwork. As an umbrella employee with Oasis, all your tax and National Insurance contributions are paid to HMRC by us. You’ll also get all the usual statutory employment benefits like sick pay, maternity/paternity pay and holiday pay.
